How often should I wash my hair extensions? +
We strongly suggest co-washing your hair before installing. Step 1. Rinse hair. Step 2. Apply conditioner on hair and comb through (especially curly hair). Step 4. Rinse all conditioner out thoroughly. Step 5. Towel dry, comb smoothly, lay on a towel to air dry.
For maintenance we suggest washing your hair every 2 weeks with sulfate free products. We suggest OGX (Organix) shampoo and conditioner and One n’ Only Argan Oil.

How many bundles do I need for a full sew in? +
We suggest 2 bundles for lengths 12”–16", 3 bundles for 18”–24", and 4 bundles for 26”–30". Please check with your stylist for the particular style that you have in mind.
What is the quality of your hair extensions? +
Our hair extensions are 100% Virgin hair and will last 5+ years if properly cared for. Limit heat styling, limit chemicals such as bleach and color, cleanse and moisturize the hair using proper shampoo and conditioner.
Can I color your virgin hair extensions? +
All of our virgin hair can be colored and lightened to the shade of your choice. Because this is human hair, we suggest you treat it just as you would your own. Please seek a professional stylist if you are not educated on how to color the hair yourself.
What is your return or exchange policy? +
Sewphisticated hair is quality inspected before shipping and cannot be returned. All hair products are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to Federal laws regarding health and sanitation.
How long does shipping usually take? +
We do not offer rush shipping. Please allow 3–6 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive to you. Orders after 4:00pm will not process until the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday through USPS. You will be notified by email with a tracking number.

Return Policy
NO RETURNS. Sewphisticated Hair extensions and closures are quality inspected before shipping. All hair products are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to Federal laws regarding health and sanitation.Shipping & Processing
Please allow 3–6 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive to you. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday through USPS. Orders after 4pm will be processed the next day. Please include your email on your order to receive your tracking number.Privacy Policy
