How often should I wash my hair extensions? +
We strongly suggest co-washing your hair before installing. Use a moisturizing conditioner, rinse with cold water, and allow the hair to air dry.

For maintenance, wash your hair once a week using sulfate-free products. We recommend OGX (Organix) shampoo and conditioner and One n’ Only Argan Oil.
How many bundles do I need for a full sew in? +
• 2 bundles for 12"–16"
• 3 bundles for 18"–24"
• 4 bundles for 26"+30"

Please consult your stylist for your desired look.
What is the quality of your hair extensions? +
Our extensions are 100% human hair and can last 7+ years with proper care.
Can I color your virgin hair extensions? +
Yes, all virgin hair can be colored. We recommend a professional stylist.
What is your return or exchange policy? +
All products are final sale. No returns due to sanitation laws.
How long does shipping usually take? +
Orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed.
